In 2013, I landed in Canada with nothing but a dream, two small babies, and three oversized 23 kg suitcases stuffed with hopes, resilience, and maybe one too many pairs of shoes. No safety net. No shortcuts. Just determination, grit, and a vision so strong it refused to dim. Days were spent cleaning and managing a building at West End, nights delivering pizzas — every moment a stepping stone to something greater.

But I never walked this path alone. My husband, my high school sweetheart, my rock, my greatest supporter — he’s the one who knows how to live with a fiery woman. Together, we’ve weathered every storm, celebrated every victory, and built something real. Something lasting.

Fast forward, and I’m no longer just navigating the real estate game — I’m transforming it. Real estate investment became my arena, Emotional Intelligence my secret weapon, and intuition my compass. I didn’t just build a property management business — I built a legacy of smart property investments, empowered clients, and homes that tell a story. This is my way of honoring the land that now supports me, ensuring others have a better experience than we did when we first arrived. Everyone deserves to live in a community they’re proud to call home.

The pain of watching my homeland burn, of seeing people displaced overnight, was unbearable. I needed to do something. So I turned my grief into art, my heartbreak into purpose. That’s how Flower of the Magic Fern was born — the first-ever Ukrainian Tarot deck. A bridge between worlds. A tool of deep self-discovery. A bold reminder that magic is real — and it’s within us. This deck is my love letter to the land that shaped me, my way of paying respects to my ancestors, keeping their voices alive in every card.
